REGULATIONS OF THE OPEN-AIR EVENT INTERNATIONAL "PURE COUNTRY" FESTIVAL

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The regulations apply during the cyclical outdoor event of a non-mass nature called INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL "CLEAN COUNTRY" in Wolsztyn (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), organized by the Production Agency, (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) based on an agreement with the Wolsztyn Cultural Centre 64-200 Wolsztyn, ul. 5 Stycznia 20, representing the Wolsztyn Municipality, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Rynek 1.

2. The regulations are directed to all persons who will be present at the venue during the Event, including participants, exhibitors, media, partners, and subcontractor employees. Every person present at this venue during the Event is obliged to comply with the Organizer's recommendations and the provisions of these Regulations.

3. The Organizer is responsible for the proper course of the Event in terms of the program and ensuring the appropriate infrastructure used for its conduct.

4. The Event may be attended by both adults and minors. A minor participant may only enjoy the attractions of the Event in the presence and under the supervision of a legal representative or another authorized adult, who assumes full responsibility (including material responsibility) for them.

II. ENTRY TO THE EVENT AREA

1. Entry to the Event area is granted to all interested persons, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4.

2. The Event is free of charge and does not require a ticket.

3. Bringing animals onto the Event area is only possible on a leash and with a muzzle (dogs) or in carriers (cats and other small pets).

4. Bringing animals larger than a large dog, exotic animals, and farm animals (horses, cows, and other livestock) onto the Event area is completely prohibited. An exception is made for recreational ponies with caretakers, whose presence is justified for the purpose of performing work based on a separate agreement with the Organizer.

4. The Organizer has its own security service, protection, and information service. The services are identified by an ID and visual identification of their uniforms.

5. Entry to the Event area means acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations and applicable laws.

6. The prohibition of entry to the Event area applies to:

a) persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other similar acting substances, or possessing weapons, pyrotechnics, or explosives, or other dangerous tools or items – the Organizer and its services may refuse entry to a person whose behavior/appearance raises suspicion of prior consumption of the above substances;

b) persons behaving aggressively.

 

III. ORGANIZATIONAL AND ORDERLY RULES APPLICABLE IN THE EVENT AREA

1. The Organizer ensures the safety of persons present at the Event and order during the event by appropriately marked areas, including:

a) hygiene and sanitary facilities;

b) area protection and information services.

2. Participants and all other persons present in the Event area are obliged to comply with the Organizer's and security staff's instructions and to behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety of others present at the Event, and in particular to comply with the provisions of the Regulations. It is prohibited to destroy signs and information boards, advertising media, devices, and equipment located in the Event area.

3. Security staff and representatives of the Organizer are authorized to:

a) issue orders to persons disturbing public order or behaving contrary to the Regulations, and in case of non-compliance with these orders – to request them to leave the Event;

b) detain persons posing a direct threat to human life or health, as well as protected property, for immediate transfer to the Police;

c) take necessary actions to remove from the Event area persons whose behavior disrupts public order or behaves contrary to the Regulations;

d) carry out their duties in the Event area.

4. Security services are obliged to ensure the removal from the Event of inebriated persons or those disturbing the course of the Event with their behavior. If the actions taken prove ineffective, the security services will seek assistance from the Police. In case of an accident, fainting, or other health issues, one should report to the security services or directly to the medical services on duty at the Event.

5. It is forbidden to bring and possess on the Event area:

a) alcoholic beverages purchased outside the licensed stands at the event – with the stipulation that anyone who brings or possesses other alcoholic beverages at the Event is additionally subject to the liability provided by law;

b) containers for spraying gas, corrosive substances, weapons as defined by the Act of May 21, 1999, on weapons and ammunition, pyrotechnic products, fire-hazardous materials, as well as other dangerous objects or explosive materials; c) narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances - with the stipulation that anyone who brings or possesses narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances at the Event is additionally subject to the liability provided by law;

d) devices for generating noise (sound waves) exceeding 60 dB.

7. Furthermore, it is prohibited during the Event:

a) throwing any objects on the Event grounds;

b) igniting fires, setting off fireworks, flares, etc.;

c) violating the physical integrity of the security or information staff;

d) using clothing or objects to cover the face to prevent or hinder the recognition of the person committing the prohibited act;

e) using vulgar and offensive language, insulting any persons;

f) singing obscene and vulgar songs, singing or playing music other than country music, in particular, it is prohibited to play or sing so-called "disco polo", rap, and cabaret songs;

g) entering areas that are not accessible to participants.

6. The assessment of items as dangerous is the responsibility of the security or protection staff.

7. In case of loss of persons or property, one should report to the security – the order service or the information point located at the stand next to the stage.

8. All problems and inquiries regarding the course of the Event should be reported to the security or information services of the Event, identified by badges or at the Organizer's stand next to the stage.

9. Participants of the Event are obliged to respect the property of other participants, the equipment of artists, all other devices and technical installations, as well as the property of the organizer and to abide by the rules of this Regulation.

10. In case of noticing a fire or other threat, persons present on the Event grounds should:

a) immediately notify the Organizer and security;

b) avoid panic;

c) follow commands and announcements;

d) not hinder the access of rescue services.

11. No objects or items that disrupt their capacity and free movement may be located in the areas of all entrances, exits, passages, and evacuation and technical routes.

 

IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF EVENT PARTICIPANTS

1. The organizers reserve the right to make changes in the course of the Event for justified reasons, e.g., cancellation of arrival by an artist, force majeure, etc., as well as the right to change the program in artistic and time aspects.

2. The participant of the Event or another person present on the Event grounds may be exposed to continuous exposure in sound zones that may cause hearing damage. Participants attend the Event at their own risk.

3. The Organizer, partners, and representatives of cultural institutions, local government, NGOs, and media present at the Event, including internet media (among others: influencers, travel, music, tourism, photography, reporting profiles, cultural information portals, blogs, and video blogs, etc.) document the course of the Event in photographic form and video recordings for documentation and promotion purposes. The image of persons present at the Event may be recorded and subsequently disseminated for documentation and promotional purposes in all fields of exploitation.

4. The Organizer has the exclusive right to share artistic performances recorded during the festival. Video materials recorded using stationary cameras and professional image and sound recording devices by media partners and private individuals acting as influencers, YouTubers, vloggers, and hobbyist sites are subject to the Organizer's authorization before public release unless the agreement with the media partner states otherwise.

It is prohibited:

a) to publish and share unauthorized materials lacking the visual identification of the festival brand;

b) to publish and share full-length concerts (in entirety) without agreement with the Organizer and obtaining authorization.

c) conducting live broadcasts of concerts on influencer, commercial, media profiles, and all other mentioned in p.3 without obtaining the Organizer's consent.

Recording video material for personal use, without public sharing, is allowed and does not require authorization from the Organizer.

5. The Organizer is not responsible for items left on the premises of the Event by its participants and for any actions taken by individuals or companies not included in the program – in this case, guardians or parents are responsible for children and minors.

6. The Organizer emphasizes that the Event area is subject to only partial monitoring.

7. Participants have the right to free participation in the entire Event and to move freely around the Event area, subject to the areas mentioned in section II, point 7 g).

 

V. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an event beyond the control of the Organizer that makes the fulfillment of obligations impossible or may be deemed impossible due to the circumstances present. Force majeure includes, in particular, weather conditions, technical failures, natural disaster state, epidemic threats, or disruptions in the operation of electricity supply devices.

2. Individuals entering the Event area automatically accept the Festival Regulations.

3. Individuals who do not comply with the Regulations will face consequences provided by law.
