MICHAEL LONSTAR - 45 YEARS OF DREAMS & COUNTROVERSY

At the beginning of December, we were proud to be partners and co-organizers of an extraordinary concert - a spectacle that could only happen once... A beautiful, warm evening full of emotions, original and film music, interesting conversations and multi-generational integration around dreams and counterversions - on and off the stage . The audience of the solemn and extremely important concert entitled "MICHAEL LONSTAR - 45 YEARS OF DREAMS AND COUNTROVERS" left with such impressions.

FORTY-FIVE! Such a significant number this year marked the clock of Lonstar's artistic career - the Artistic Director of the Festival with the title of "DISERVED FOR THE WOLSZTYN MUNICIPALITY", a Polish bard, songwriter, artistic authority for two generations of country, folk and original song artists, film expert, watercolor painter, teacher academic and producer of artistic events and radio plays.

This year, full of new energy and wind in the wings, was full of many beautiful events, concerts and highlights for Lonstar on the occasion of its 45th anniversary, which culminated in both concerts at the "Pure Country" Festival in Wolsztyn. But the Artist himself does not want to be called "Anniversary"... Because even though 45 years on the stage are passing, LONSTAR is not going to retire as an artist and remains... LONSTAR: a creator, a film expert and a cinephile, an Artist full of passion and creative energy. - young dreams and experienced countryside.

That's why it wasn't a classic "Jubilee" or another "Benefis"... It was a unique, solemn, spectacular concert, full of guests, memories and surprises, summing up the birthday year of the 45th anniversary of the artistic career of the Polish Legend of Country and Original Song - Michael Lonstar.

In the program we saw performances by artist friends, extensive fragments of the "LONSTAR & HOLLYWOOD COWBOYS" show with the participation of guests, a concert of the hero of the evening with the band CODA and interesting conversations about the backstage of the 45th anniversary of his career, which were conducted in several versions with Lonstar by a distinguished promoter of country music, winner of the title "Patron of Country Music", creator of the songwriting concert series "Country in town" - PAWEŁ ROST.

After the artistic part, the guests had the opportunity to integrate, meet Lonstar and other Artists, there was also a symbolic toast and refreshments in the foyer of the Śródmieście Cultural Center, to whose management and collaborators we would like to thank them for their cooperation and organizational help.

Lonstar's guests were: Karolina Bułas (Caroline & The Lucky Ones), Joanna Mrozek, Adam Czech and Mateusz Rychły (The Roadhouse / Electric Cowboyz) and the reliable CODA band, and at the end the Artist received from T.I.K. ALAMO a little video surprise...

The concert was organized by THE SOCIETY OF CULTURAL INITIATIVES "ALAMO" in cooperation with the "PURE COUNTRY" Festival.
